Robinson & McElwee Attorney Presents at 2013 Human Resources Conference

Robinson & McElwee attorney Joseph M. Price recently presented on the Current Issues Arising Under the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act during the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s 2013 Human Resources Conference held in Charleston.

During his presentation to top human resources professionals in the state, Price discussed the present issues surrounding employers with regards to the Wage Payment and Collection Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act, and offered advice based on heavy personal experience obtained through the counseling of these issues.  Please click here for a copy of his presentation.

A member of of Robinson & McElwee, Price is the chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department, as well as the chair for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  He has served as lead counsel in numerous complex cases and his practice encompasses all aspects of labor and employment law with a focus on administrative and trial court litigation.
