Mr. Hamb concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, and commercial litigation.
With more than 50 years of experience as an attorney, Mr. Hamb has extensive knowledge of banking and corporate law.
Mr. Hamb has appellate experience in federal and West Virginia state courts involving issues of real estate salesperson and broker liability and real estate title matters.
In addition, Mr. Hamb has litigation and trial experience involving: personal injuries; wrongful death; corporate transactions; energy, timber and mineral law matters in various counties in southern and central West Virginia and federal court and proceedings in United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
Additionally, Mr. Hamb is a mediator, fully trained by the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Hamb has participated as attorney for parties in a multitude of mediation cases involving a wide range of disputes.
