| David Higgins Appointed to Fill 30th District West Virginia House Seat 04/17/2007 On April 16, Governor Joe Manchin III announced that David Higgins would fill the 30th District West Virginia House of Delegates seat formerly held by Jon Amores. The governor praised Higgins for his contributions to West Virginia as a community leader and city council member. Higgins will be sworn in during a ceremony in the House chamber at the West Virginia State Capitol on April 18. |
