| Higgins Appointed to House Committees 12/13/2007 David Higgins, a member in Robinson & McElwee's Corporate Department, and member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 30, has been appointed to the following House committees: Banking & Insurance, Constitutional Revision and Government Organization. Higgins, a Fayetteville native, is also a member of the Charleston City Council and chairman of West Virginia Racing Thunder. He is also a trustee of the Craik-Patton House Foundation Delegate Higgins was appointed by Governor Joe Manchin to fill the seat formerly held by Jon Amores. He was sworn in during a ceremony in the House chamber on April 18, 2007. |
