| Robinson & McElwee PLLC Announces New Members 01/05/2007 Robinson & McElwee PLLC is pleased to announce that Charles Saffer and David Griffith have been promoted to members of the firm. Charles Saffer is a member in the firm's Corporate Department. He graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Political Science and the West Virginia University College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Mr. Saffer is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. He engages in a general business practice with a focus on real estate transactions and business litigation. David Griffith is a member in the firm's Litigation Department. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Political Science and is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Griffith is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. His practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. |
