| Higgins Re-elected to Second Term 03/26/2007 Dave Higgins will be re-elected to serve on Charleston's City Council this May. Dave had no opposition in the primary nor does he have any opposition in the general election. This will be his second four year term as the councilman from Ward 15 which is the South Hills area of Charleston. |
